How should I choose the right size for my denim?

We provide detailed measurement charts for every garment. We recommend measuring a pair of jeans you already own that fits well and comparing those figures to our size guide.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that hemmed or customized items are final sale.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Can I have my jeans hemmed by 3sixteen?

We offer complimentary chainstitch hemming on all full-price denim purchases. Please specify your desired inseam length in the order notes; however, keep in mind this makes the item non-returnable.

How often should I wash my raw denim?

To achieve the best personalized fades, we recommend wearing your jeans for as long as possible before the first wash. When necessary, hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and hang to dry.
